I'd like to be able to view a planes skin  in the hanger better than what we have right now. You really cant get a good look at them as it it is right now

In case you didn't know, HTC did help this out a bit with the last patch.  If you are still on the runway when you up, even in a fighter you can hit F3 and get an external view (it goes away as soon as you are wheels up).  Usually you can zoom and get a decent look at the outside of the aircraft . . . as long as no one vulches you.
