Well it would be nice to see this publicized as much as the original charges.  I bet most French news organizations dont bother covering it.

He got away with it? They couldn't prove it, so they had to clear him, he was a juicer, no doubt. The white guys always get off

I'm not upset.
I just find very entertaining the idea that someone can believe there is one person clean in this sport (Lance of any other)

just like the old "why pick indian crab" anaology...

Picking indian crabs is better then picking white crabs because when one crab get to the top of the bucket to escape, the others will pull him back in because if they dont have a chance to get out, why should the one on top get a chance too? White crabs will help each other escape.

Just to let you know there is no indian crabs... its an anaology used when we describe the way the Native American society works. Some of the Native American people don't celebrate or recognize accomplishment but rather put it down or find the faults in the accomplishment.

Accused by a French organization with an agenda?

And you believe this?

Works both ways.

AFTER he won seven in a row and retired he is accused of something that supposedly happened 7 years before. By way of using testing done under less than honest circumstances.

So a lawyer clearing him (who says it was the lawyer that cleared him anyway?) is supposed to be less believable than the accusation was to begin with?

just wait until the FIA found something against Schumachers
7 Formula 1 world titles. People will allways search for something
if a human wins more then the usual brain can accept.
For me Lance is an outstanding athlet, i watched the last
4 years Tour de France, even i'm Jan Ulrich fan, but Lance
was fantastic to watch live at the races.
I hope he starts 2006 after all the BS in the newspaper.
The statement below is true.

It's an EPA : http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Établissement_public_à_caractère_administratif

It's independant.

BTW I should remember that Lance got caught in 1999 but produced a document "a posteriori" violating the regulation of the UCI ... and the UCI accepted the document as valid violating it's own rules !.
