How Do I enable Voice Chat In My Hosted Game?

I have created a Game in H2H Ive been Hosting it For 2 days now. People Keep Asking me if I can Enable Voice Chat for Them. Ive Gone threw All the options and read all the posts here and Ive found nothing that helps me. Ive even Read all the Help files on the sight. Still nothing helps me.Could I get a Little Help Here Please?

If you are behind a router, there is a good chance your router does not support UDP over NAT, which is required if you want the voice server to work.  There is only one consumer grade router I am currently aware of which supports "UDP over NAT".  It is made by Motorola, but I cannot remember the model number.
