Ooooh coolness duck!

The beer is excellent, and cheap too!

The girls...we had a sunny day today and I must say it's a sight for Gods. Quite very incredibly super nice    .

I live in Aalborg, that's up north on the Jutland peninsula

You really should move, dude, and find yerself a cute blonde girl

Then i'd drink you under the table and have my way with her, claiming that you said it was ok

Weather wise - winter have below 0 temperatures for some time. Lots of wind and rain or snow during fall and winter, spring can be a bit chilly but is usually quite good, summers very nice (IMHO). Summers I usually find too hot.   . It tends to be a bit windy here though, but not overly so.

And the girls. Yum. Don't get me started

I'm somewhat outta touch with the costs, but you *definitly* do not want to live in Esbjerg.

Taxes are high, about 50% of what you earn, 25% of what you buy and also tax for what you own. I don't know how much that is because the former two taxes means I don't own anything

Rent is very dependant on location. In the larger cities you either need to know someone or be lucky if you want to find something at an acceptable price. I can imagine that the prices are a little better in a town like Esbjerg, but I'm not sure.

Esbjerg is one of the worlds largest fishing harbours, so you might want to go either a bit north or south of there if you want to go swimming, but then it should be fine. Practically whole west side of Jutland is sand-beach. If you find it interesting there are also hundreds of concrete bunkers from the War along the coast. Some of them are quite large 2-3 floors. (It is said that the west coast were as fortified as Normandy)

Girls...We just had our first warm day (over 20 degree) and like StSanta says it's a joy to walk through the city

I don't know anything about flying- and skydiving lessons, sorry.

Duck, I skydive at a club in Aars, which is a few 100 km's to the north. You'll probably want to live in one of the more populated areas around Aalborg, Aarhus or some of the larger cities on the Devil's Island (Sjaelland)  .

Taxes are high -  as Snefens have indicated, but there seem to be a link between high salaries and decent wages - in the end, you lose some you gain some  . Not to forget is the benefits provided to you by the state (not nearly enough to make up for the horrible tax IMHO, but most of my fellow Danes do not share this opinion).

It's quite possible to get a decent deal on apartments, especially if you aren't looking for stuff that's in the middle of a city.

Danes are pretty cool though, even if as a people a bit wary of change. And, they drink a tremendous amount of beer, which is a good sign.  .

You'll either grow to love or grow to hate our "poptøser" - that's the bimbo girls. And, of course, the bimbo boys. I hate those boys, and I only like those bimbo girls when I'm drunk  .

Overall, it's a very nice, neat, safe place to be, especially in the summer. The beaches on the Jutland west coast stretch for several tens of kilometres, and during the summer months are populated by some quite nice women  . For some reason, I like spending time there.

If you are gonna be spending alot of time in Vamdrup but don't wanna live there since it is kinda small, you could check out one of the towns in the Triangle-Area (Kolding-Vejle-Fredericia)
Nice towns with almost anything a city like Aalborg, Odense, Aarhus or Copenhagen have.

I just found a link to the skydiving club in Vamdrup. It's in danish only, but since you know both english and german you should be able to make out the general meaning. http://www.skydive2000.dk/
