Batfink do you fly with a mouse, didn't think so.

So shut the £*/$ up :aok

P.S: I could setup the controls using a J-stick, easy as pie. Would still prefer to us my HOMAK.

I just dont get it, why bother changing something that apart from a few freaks who must change controllers mid flight depending on if they are a) cherry picking or b) ganging, the rest of us havent changed since logging in 200 years ago?

Seems to me that a problem has been introduced, and I'm not bothered how elegant the solution is.

How many controllers does the average gamer have and do they really need to swap ports on a regular basis? Maybe I lack the wit or imagination to fully appreciate how much more useful it is being able to lower gear/drop flaps/etc etc using multiple buttons but I've enough to not need a tooltip to understand what 'Quit' means.

I think HTC must be advertising on the Disney Channel.

honestly, i have very few problems.

the graphics sliders have to come down a bit from before, and CVs cause big frame hits.

Kaz, i know some are having troubles, i was being light hearted, no appology needed from you.

er.....ok....so who is better off?

A) the person who thinks its cool to dis HTC just because it means you aint a 'suck up'

or

B) the person who sees the glass half full, and enjoys what is still the best combat flight sim around.

sucking up? are you nuts? I just dont feel cool to be the one who 'bucks the system' and gives our enjoyment providers a right good ear bashing just for trying something.

If HTC did something that pissed me off, i would speak up if i thought my voice was needed.

I'm extremely dissapointed that last night  I was flying great now new patch and  my  stick doesnt work full stop.

any explanations as to why this stick is any different from the others beats me.  Tried everything remapping, calibrating each axis indivadually  AcesHigh  doesnt pick any movement up  works fine in windows control panel,

also  DH367th and captain vigil report the exact same thing

whats the problem?

here is an unlikely fix.....

My saitek POS cyborg thing works fine.

i think that may be because i never installed the saitek CD that came with the stick.

try deleting your saitek folders and drivers, and then auto detect the stick in windows control panel.

it should give you the option of a 3 axis flight stick with throttle somewhere in there.

mine is registered as a 4 button flight yoke, yet all buttons work fine in the game.
