Im just asking if this is normal the first 2 pics are with my joystick full left and full right elevators and throttle and peddles have full range

Have you tried calibrating the x-axis?

yes calibration of the x axis shows full range of motion when im using the controller.
However when just left or right movement is intoduced the range of motion I have is what u see in the pictures

That is acting like the x isn't calrated. Click on Axis X, hit calibrate axis. Only need to move left and right. Hit the ok from the calibration window.

Dose it still act like before?

If so try a short calibrateion. I.E. do not move the stick all the way left and right but leave some space.

I did your first calibration method and it worked :aok
