Yeah they look like crap to me. All flat, not even 3D, can't even have a proper fight in them.

Yeah... clouds from a distance have been great in games for years.  Let's see them up close.

Oh.. btw.. I really loved this one:

What the heck is that globe thing, the Universal Studios logo?    What are those bars by it?  Do you get a superpower up if they max out?  What's the one with the heart?  My guess is that's how much the bounty the Allies put on your LW hide.

I don't really know about the clouds, they look kinda good, but there is no depth to them.

You can lose people in AH clouds, can you do that in WB?  (I don't know, I haven't tried it.)  If the game had both it would be better.

How's that halftrack anyway?

FYI bloom; it's WWII Online, not WarBirds III.

The two bars are something like the "energy" and "health" of the pilot, iirc. Run low on energy and you black out easier...

Middle bit is a 3d compass/globe do-hickey.

Ooops, I thought it looked a little like the WB3 screenies being posted around.

I can't honestly say that the graphics look any better than AH, but it is still a beta.

I can honestly say they look worse.

Hmmm... notice the control surfaces? Ya me neither

Just wondering Jayhawk were you being sarcastic or do you actually think they're good clouds?

Vulcan; they model the Bf 109's slats visually - and deploying assymetrically too.

Clouds look like the ones in EAW to me...

This post is an example of why the communities are always at odds... go to someone's house and say "hey, got some pictures of the really cool new car- oh, that's right, it's mine, not yours!".

Hmmm after a long night of checking and baiting the trout lines Jayhawk looks over his catch......hmmmm caught the same ole fish. One keeper and the rest carp.

Oh well never fails to amaze me. There are 3 types of people in here. The Open minded/free thinking, the subjective/no opinion type and then...well the carp. It was a fun experiment and the results were predictable.

You should not assume that people that ignore your type of threads still don't feel that trollers are scum.

What amazes me is that you feel this thread demonstrates that in any way.

You came in with an objective (quite obvious) and drew the exact conclusion that you wanted to draw.  What amazes me is that you probably feel you fit into the "Free thinking" category.

Lemming.

There is definately "volume" to those clouds. You fly through them with full effect.
