I recently got a new PTR91 and I'm bringing it with me to put er through er paces. I'm not bringing my computer with me and I'm not sure if I'll have internet acces with what I'm going to be doing, so I'll check back here Sunday before I head out. PM me with a number and we'll do some shootin one weekend.

Home for the weekend, then back to Dallas for two more weeks. I went to the Alpine range SSE of Fort Worth last weekend and had some fun. Rates were reasonable, but I couldn't use the 280 rounds of FMJ I picked up the week before so I had to buy that expensive stuff they keep on the shelf.

Anyone going to the con that wants to break away for a few hours and pop some rounds, let me know and I'll pick up some soft points for the range. I'll be there maybe Fri night and for sure Sun.

...btw, I thought half the HTC clientel lived in or near Dallas??? What gives?

Sling(FDB) you ready to chase Loser through the parking lot again?

I suggest you take a paintball gun, load it with pink paint drive to tioga and color the fat fireman in his proper color.  be sure and take photos.

Who're you gonna shoot?
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Wish I lived in the area, I'd go, but not to a range that won't let you shoot FMJ ammo.

I thought that was kinda funny as well, but the feller said that most of the ranges in the area (D/FW) were like that now.

I heard the West End or Deep Ellum is the place...

if you're realy lucky - the grassy knoll range will be open.
