Ok, first one was after working on my video card options when I first started up AH2. This is at the part before selecting online arenas.
When you select "preload in system memory" on or off, it causes AH2 to lockup.
Second bug, I don't know if this is just me but sometimes when I want to select a plane on a carrier, it doesn't show the CV hangar, just water. I'm going to grab some screens when I can.
