McVeigh Considers Legal Options
 http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20010511/ts/mcveigh_request_dc_9.html

He admitted to doing it, he even wrote a book about it .... so why the delay?

<edit>

The lawyers are all excited about it as they can tack additional hours to the bill we the taxpayers have to pick up..

fry his arse and be done with the scum

Well it shouldn't matter at all.

BTW he has been asking to die for some time now so it should be interesting to see if he chickens out.

I have been reborn a new man!

Notice I never said a better man.

Really, I mean what in the hell could be in ANY documents whatsoever, that might in any way, shape, or form, change what he has done?

It's not like he's been screaming "Frame-Job!", or denying anything.  He's rather proud of his handiwork.

I guess the only thing that could come out of any type of paperwork, would be that he was insane, and shouldn't die because of that.

Of course, I doubt any medical-type folks would say he was insane.  He seems quite lucid, knowledgable, dedicated, and proficient.

I think a good idea would be to send him to Texas, and let a bunch of rich Texans auction off the right to put a .308 in him.  Then the money could be used to help the families involved or something.
