This is old. I remember seeing it on TV a long time ago But still enjoy it.

It's Tom Noddy, I used to perform in the same circus as him (I'm sure my circus experience comes as no surprise to anyone), and he's fantastic.  I've seen this and other tricks in person, and his control of the bubbles is amazing.
