Lol anthony. The privacy settings are because of your age. If you are listed as 100 years old, such as myself, it won't do that, since your are 15, it sets it to private view only.

Yea what I meant was what someone mentioned. It goes private automatically because he's a minor so he doesn't have that option, but I didn't know this. That's why I asked

I'm not that sure if I see the point of it though. I mean it still tells age, shows a thumbnail and location. All a pedo needs to know to then message and befriend.
