http://www.onpoi.net/ah/pics/users/858_1149726182_b17nose.zipIt's a single photoshop layer (in a psd file). I just took what was there, rotated it around, and squashed it horizontally. I had a bit of luck on my first placement. I only had to tweak it from there. The panel line that goes vertically through it is out of place because I had to squash it from its original size. However, as you can see it works.
If you're working on a b17 skin waiting for the next patch, you can use this file to finish the skin before the default skin is updated.
