Why is the search feature disabled in the forums?  The place where the "search" link was is now blank.

Evidently searches were causing some hiccups with the online arena servers. So they had to disable it.

Which also hurts us as it's now impossible to <punt> topics that have been discussed before so people can see full answers to questions being asked.

Hopefully they'll put the web boards on a seperate server so the [search] feature can be utilised again.

You can still do a search.

Can't find who gave this info to give credit.

Just click on someone's profile.

I'll use Pokie as the example.

Click on Pokie profile and you get this
 http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_profile&u=00002780

Delete               get_profile&u=00002780

And replace it with      search

you now have a search link
 http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=search
