The only word that comes to mind is reprehensible. Censure for the proven guilty would be a good solution but you make it sound like whoever this is would be playing a solo game anyway. Eventually they will outgrow it and discover girls or watercooling or porn.

IMHO I think everyone should have at least 1 shade account that would mean twice the money for HT he could devote more money to development and we would get updates that much faster

IMHO, it don't mean a think except 15 extra bucks a month for HT if someone has 2 accounts. If they are inclined to pad their score, so be it. Some ppl make it sound like if your rank, or score are within certain limits, you get a prize or something. Why ppl whine, or complain that someone has a way to lower their score and beat them, is beyond the worth of legitimate complaints. Myself, I'm more likely to complain about bugs. or FR drops.(I still don't have my sheep back). I say more money for HT, more improvements for our game.

IP addresses can be changed. Even if you are paying for a static IP address all you have to do is change ISP's. If you are on cable like I am, all you have to do to get a new IP addy is to shut down your comp, modem and router, then restart all of them to get a different IP address.

Another idea would be to ban the CPU serial number.

Actually banning the MAC address would be the way to go. You can't change the MAC address and would have to get a new network card.

Maybe few years ago. Today, most of adapters have options of changing MAC address.
