Steaming Northwest, Minus one Cruiser, the Kriegsmarine now relieved command to Kapitan Baron Von Wxman, who was piloting the KMS Scharnhorst. Bearing down hard and fast for the Cruisers was the HMS Manchester, a heavy Cruiser that was damaged during a convoy battle in the Mediterranean and was returning to battle piloted by Captain Doobs.
Luftwaffe pilots were on a vengeance mission, attacking A10 in force. The Fighter Hangars and Radar Station were destroyed. 3 Junkers Bombers were destroyed in the melee. But the Luftwaffe failed to find and sink the Manchester and Heavy losses on the Zerstorer Groups were felt when 22 Bf110's failed to return from there missions.
The RAF on the other hand successfully attacked A50, destroying the Fighter Hangers, and radar station. And were successful in finding the Gienesau, sending her down with repeated attacks from Tarpon Bombers. Baron Von Wxman did manage to evade the RAF and Royal Navy and the KMS Scharnhorst made it successfully back to Wilhelmshaven.
All in all, In three days of fighting, Nearly 200 Aircraft were lost on both sides. Thousands of Sailors and Airmen of the Royal Navy and Air Force and likewise the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine were claimed by the Icy, Feburary waters of the Channel.
The Royal Navy sank two of the three Heavy Cruisers that were trying to breach the Straits of Dover. And for that they have achieved a Major Blow to the German Navy but the losses they incurred make it a haunting victory which will remind the of the courage and sacrifice of thier Airmen and Seamen.

The Axis Won the Overall Points battle, but it was a costly Victory, Anything could have happened. Also without the scores of Frame 1, it leaves much to guess. I would judge this as a Minor Axis Victory, But it was a major Slugfest. Thank you all for your parcipitation, Looking forward to my next FSO.
