I agree with all that said it is how you word it.  Hopefullly the tone of my second post was a little better.  My intial post got a little heated due to the fact that this started out as a reply to another thread, and by the time I was done writing it, that thread was locked.  So I started my own thread.

I stand by my opinion that there are a lot of hypocritical things that happen here, but I do understand that I could have presented my argument in a less aggressive manner.

Listen...HTC puts up with a lot of crap...Most of it coming from me....Think about it....This message board is a representitive of this game...Many of our players spend a lot more time reading these boards during work, than time spent logged into an arena...Call it what you want, but what CEO would want open threads smearing his creation...I have learned through these message boards that HTC is in no way, shape or form a democrocy....(It is a facist dictatorship) jkjk......All in all I think they are doing a damn good job.......

That said, it doesnt mean i'm not PO'd YOU (and you know who you are), wont ever reply to my postings about the A-20 being available without ords!!!!!!!!!!!!  I dont even know why I keep beating this to the ground, because im lucky if I even fly the A-20 once or twice a month, but its my personal rant and the quest will continue!

There is a right way and wrong way to address anyone in this community.  Here at HTC, we make every effort to be available to our customers.  You can call, you can email, you can even reach us in the game.

We have never hidden from a customer.  We do our best to address every customers concerns and questions.

It serves no purpose to be disrespectful to anyone on this board.  None.  There is no point to it, other than to attempt to anger others.  That is not acceptable and we are intolerant of it.

A conscious decision to violate the forum rules (posted at the top of every forum) is an afront to everyone who attends the boards.
