Stupid Tiger tricks

I hope someone can explain this bit of Tiger acrobatics!

Was in middle of flat, open field, no trees, not moving, and was rotating turret back around  to  the front after an airplane engagement when the tank went over on its top! Wow! Is the main gun that heavy? LOL!
Please, even a Roswell explaination would be better than a programing one!

I was in a bad guy bomber hanger with a tiger. Decided to back out a little bit to give them room to spawn. (nice guy huh )
Start backing up and the tiger starts rolling like a small boat on rough seas.
Wouldn't quit until I moved forward again.
