Trust me, Ive considered getting back into DoA more than once.

A free weekend might be the way to go but I will say it again: Grow some 3D cockpits!

Thats all I ask.

Of course the iLZ makes me wince......

I played DoA during the beta... I thought it was pretty fun.  This sounds like something I might try again, thanks for the info.

Free??  How do you figure? Don't you have to have a "subscriptions" to iEN's service.
I'd honestly be interested. But there is no effing way iEN will get any credit card informatio  from me due to all the nightmares I've seen posted on the net about thier improper billing practices.

Westy  all you need is a free account  I did it the other day  you don't need to give any credit card info just the usually name, address, e-mail, first born, wife's maiden name, you know everything but CC number

Yawn.... Big fat hairy deal......
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Playing in the DOA beta convinced me to sign up for a WB account. It can be very fun. If you like early war ac, well can't get much earlier than this.

I recognize a lot of handles in AH that used to fly DOA. Rosco, Yeager and others. Had a lot of good fights there. I remember a Baby Harp Seal called Kieren, he couldn't fly a DVA very well. The sad part is he always flamed my butt.

Incendiary ammo and fire modeling are 2 neat features. Never could understand why they didn't port that to WB, like they ported all the WB features to DOA.
