Boy Florida has it in for him.

Clearly they are doing anything and everything they can do to embarass the guy, from trying to grab his medical records and hope for something that sticks to now this.

If this is the best they have, legally, on him....its pretty weak

He's an addict. If he wasn't a millionaire, he'd be hitting the street-smack and giving handjobs for crack. The pharmaceuticals are a racket, anyway, not much better than the street dealers, IMO. I've worked with some of the companies extensively.

They do know how to host a hell of a party, however.

From what I can tell he did nothing wrong and the police have come out and said he would not be charged with anything.

After they told the press what he had of course.

Absolutely. It's like they have appointed somebody to look into one thing, but ends up picking on him for another unrelated thing, just to embarass and humiliate him.

Maybe they called Ken Starr for tips on how to do that.
