Krusty's right, S3 graphics processor isnt supported by Aces High.  It sometimes works but its going to crash alot.

Graphics Detail (Clipboard ingame)

Disable Skins, Disable Vehicle Effects, Disable Weapon effects need be checked. Animated Water unchecked.

Optimize Terrain/Objects: youll have to try. Some GC do it better without, but generally they should be on (check your FPS to see). Same for Horizon and Transitions.

In Video Settings (go there from Startup screen):

Uncheck all preloading, uncheck the Hardware Vertex processing (if its checked), set Texture resolution to lowest possible.

But as has been said before. All this isnt a guarantee AH is going to run on your PC. It has chances of still crashing a lot.

Talk to your Dad and ask him if he can get you a graphics card for birthday/christmas and build it in his comp.

My birthday isnt until August, and i get my good computer back (the one that DOES play Aces High excellently) in two weeks. But i will try all of these things. Oh, and i dont see animated water as an option, and under the video settings, I cannot change anything but texture size, resolution, and FPS limiter. The rest are greyed-out. How do i fix that?

If they are greyed out (as well as AH not providing the animated water option) means your onboard graphics cant do it anyways. Dont worry about those.
