Get JETCAR, it's a little shareware of the "GOZILLA" type, but splits the files you are Dowbnloading into 5 separate files & downloads them instantly... (I get rougly a 100k/s steady stream on Downloads...)

Old news, but thanks anyhow, I'll check that one out.

I've been using download accelerator since late 1997, when I first got my "cable" (it was called wave then".
 www.lidan.com  to check it out.

Does the same thing as the above program, and I've seen d/l speeds of 2.5 meg/sec (cable) and 1.6 kps (7 megabit dsl).
