Frames will run July 22, July 29, Aug 5, and Aug 12.  
Time for the frames will be 8pm Eastern Daylight Time.

For Scenario Events you need to preregister.
There are only 200 slots available for each side.

You have to regsiter at AHEVENTS.ORG first,
then you can register for the event.

There is no limit to the amount of people who can register.

The 200 players is what is anticipated at a bare Minimum, the event itself is designed to be expanded far beyond a busy MA night.

Battle ships would be nice.....why only destroyer based fleets.....wheres the battle ships? might quell some of the easy cv killing.

As far as i know, the 2 battle groups without carriers have the cruisers with them.  This enables for additional defence against the carriers and for bombardment of the planned invasion beaches

Mid July is a bad time for most players to be indoors at noon/3pm.  I had actually thought about not even running an event mid summer specifically because of the "Beach/BBQ" factor.  

Schedule will be back to "normal" by the next one.

I'm really just assisting doobs with the administrative, graphics
and organizational end of things.  He will be the mastermind
of the certain Japanese victory!

Heck, I doubt that I will even be able to attend as the time

It's all good ROC, I probably wouldn't be able to do it anyways as we are gettign ready to PCS back to the states somewhere....we just don't know where yet.  So when I find that out I will be running around crazy.  Thanks for the answer though...and I will hopefully be around for the next one.
