CH Fighterstick

I've been away from AH for a couple of years and have decided to come back.  My only problem is I'm having a miserable time trying to map my CH Fighterstick and Propedals.  One of the skills I seem to lack is the ability to properly map a joystick...  I remember the frustration of doing it before and it hasn't gotten any easier.  

It would lower my blood pressure if someone could e-mail me a copy of their map file or point me to a site where I can download one along with instructions on where to place it in my AH file.

I run all CH gear and don't bother with the CH manager package at all.  I map everything via AH, which does a great job.
