Go to the 7/11. Click on the link that says Visit the Old man. Then fight your way through the ranks. If it dosnt let you in you have to find a arena pass while exploring the city.

Ive donated over $100,000 and a vest (I think, cant remember) and havnt gotten jack squat.

Its only mine until I hit lvl 25, then they get it back. Once I hit 25 I am going to train my intel until 1000. Im at lvl 24 1/3 right now
