Me and ElevenK did some da work with the 16 and K4. Eleven is one of the best 109 drivers in this game and the 16 does have the edge Co Alt Co E. The K4 is a monster i just dont like the guns..

I prefer to either have the alt/E adv or for the spit16 to have it.  either way it works out better for me in K4.  granted, its the pilot not the plane and I think I have not run into the better spit16 pilots in the game yet.  I have had a go with a good one or two tho.
