The 1 subject would be ... sex.

I'd pick...Agriculture...perhaps. ..but that's just me :D

Ive been mulling my answer since Friday and still haven't decided.  My first thought was mathmatics because it's the basis of pretty much everything but then there are so many more choices it's boggling my pea little brain.
