They took "some stem cells that had begun to develop as sperm" and matured them into adult sperm cells. That they could identify these tiny cells in an embryo is pretty amazing to me but I sure wouldn't call it creating "artificial sperm".

Gee whiz...I could have donated a bunch.  My swimmers were like..olympians.

Sadly they are no more...although apparently I still manufacture them...they just hit a road block now.
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain

Not much fun :D
It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)
