You know, I've been around a long time and I don't just come in here and complain about what happened in Main...  But tonite will be an exception.

I was flying with my squad and getting in some good furballs when I get a kill on a guy called Ryme.

A few seconds later DG scores a sweet kill on me DG.

I go get a drink and I come back and I have a bunch of smack talk in my box from Ryme (On Private)... Most of it scrolled off, but I see something about how he 'shot my clown arse down... wanna go to DA?  Didn't think so'

So I respond "Sorry, was AFK, whats your problem" (on private)

No response, so I say "If you want to go to DA, just say when and I will meet you there"

No Response...

"Hey Nancy, if you wanna go DA, call it and we'll go"

Nothing...

"Shirley?  You there"

Nothing..

Next time I try to type I get 'User not Online'

So I finish my sortie, I go to DA and there he is...

So I say on text "Pick a field..."

no response.

So I notice he is in the same tower, so on voice "Ryme, pick the field"

Nothing.

Again on text.... but 'User is not online'

So I look, and sure enough... gone.

You know... I don't ask for much... But if you guys are gonna pollute my private text with smack talk, please show up for your appointment.  Its only a game and it doesn't hurt for real.

I wasn't the one asking anyone to a fight or making big remarks (until after he mouthed off at least).  This isn't about my strength.

This is about people talking smack when they aren't even going to show up to prove it.

Actually you were asking him to fight  =)

I would take solice in the fact that he didn't feel like he could fight you and win.  I would say that you are victorious anyway.  Be proud of the fact that you destroyed his evening, then he backed down to your advances.  You can only relish in it if you don't let it get to you.  :aok

While I can appreciate your point NoPoop... I really just wanted to drill that little smart mouth punk with some hispano...  And she robbed me of that.

Howi is right though, I'm going to try to get Zen about the greater meaning of it.

 I have had some girlies kick my prettythang, Schatzi, Bboop, and Shegotya bring it harder than most dudes i know. :aok  I've never seen them run, probably because they don't get all macho and think this junk is real. :D
