Don't worry too much about it. Next month there'll be something else. It's not the end of the world just the way of the world. I stopped worrying about stuff I can do nothing about a long time ago.

Right now my worries involve a pregnant wife, me getting a job that pays enough to support the above and the fact that the neighbourhood kids seem to think my garden is their playground. What's happening in the wider world is merely interesting not something that actually concerns me right now.
