I have seen people getting banned from forum but not from game.

Depends on what you post and how "serious" the whole thing was/is.

It can range from a few weeks "timeout" on your BBS account to a blocked IP adress and banning of game account.

I've noticed some have "Carte Blanche" in the MA and will not get muted for sewaring.   Kinda funny IMO, you know, moderators not moderating fairly.

yeah i've noticed that as well. Not fair IMO

No one has carte blanche to do anything.  It is a simple matter of when moderators are available.  Moderators are players and play when they feel like it.  HT has said this before.

Instead of creating rumors, how about emailing a screenshot of such abuse?  How about using the .report?  There are always alternatives available to the community.
