"uhmm, because I don't want to take leave and don't really need to leave early."
"Oh, it's ok, we owe you an hour anyways, so just leave at 3"
"it's really ok for me to stay, you're staying til 4, so I can too"
"go home at 3!"
"yes ma'am!"

I'm a happy camper now.   :)

I just scratched you off of my list of "Could this be a co-worker?" names.  You're boss and my boss cannot possibly be the same.  The only thing I find truly suprising is that the gender difference isn't the biggest difference ;)

Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

On Friday's during Nascar season, my boss asks me what I am doing working anytime he hears from me after 2:30 or whenever qualifying is(unless he can hear the bar noises in the background).

Sheesh,...my boss is a butthead.  Expects me to work for endless hours with virtually no compensation.  Will not give me a holiday off (creep expects me to work Christmas day).
I mean,..I put in 84 to 90 hours a week for crying out loud, and it is never enough.

You get to go home at 4, or 3!!!!!  Should be glad you do not have my boss  :)

(Let's see how it takes for em to figure this one out)

When I worked in Colorado our supervisor had a strict policy on Fridays.  3pm was Beer-o-clock and we were not permitted to work after that time.   :)
