I have noticed that some of you are into Grand Prix legends also. I have floated an idea over on the news group and was wondering?

Do you think anyone would be interested in a Air Warrior vs Aces High Open Race.

Just a one race event held for fun and bragging rights

well i'm not a paying customer for Aces High, but i like Aces High and sure i would drive in the name of AH

Ok Gh0stFT,
So far we have 4 Air Warriors and 1 everquest dude, Yippee38 and yourself in AH for a total of 7.

It may take a few days to get some numbers. Puf says he will host it on his server and can handle the full load.

If all goes well, how about a saturday morning race (date and time tbd)?

Open race??? Air race, like through the hangars? What you mean AW vs AH. Or how you gonna get them to race together? You mean AW pilots flying in AH race?
Don't matter to me, I suck equally in AW and AH!!

Oh wait, you mean race Grand Prix sim. Ooooohh, that's differenet. I really really suck at that sim. Can't hardly get out of the pits and shift. 2 dimensions!. Imagine how bad I am in 3 dimension in AH!

everyone who want to can fly for either team.
right now the AH guys need more drivers so Skurj you would be doing your fellow AH pilots a favor by representing them.

As of today it looks like a sunday race is more resonable then the saturday race.

btw. Racing Fans, the Champ Car series is celebrating a European Premiere with its German500 in South Brandenburg this Saturday !.
The German500 will be run over Europe's only 2 miles Superspeedway. Champ cars will reach average speeds there over 380 km/h (236mph)!

Finaly a Oval here, its a Tri-oval and as far as i know the fastest race track ever!
