I need a image program that will open "TGA" files. Please post a link to place where I can grab it.

Ps Free is better  :)

Quicktime from Apple does it too - just set the mime settings in the Control panel

No its time to figure out ways of shrinking size of a picture to fit 500k limit.

You found the resize/resample image function in Irfanview?   ;)

Take the time to really check out all the options/functions it provides, it's a really powerful imaging program considering it's size.   :cool:

Its very impresive that I can shrink 1.4mb picture to a 80k jpg. Allmost no picture quality reduction too. Very sweet  :)

excellent program (infranview) I especially like the slide show creation feature.
