Oleg's translated Russian is just as hard as his english.

[bold]Do not worry, all will be ??. At ??????? there ARE NO data on ROLL RATE on 109 from F and is higher. Since G-1/G-2 and further the design covered 109 changed almost cardinally (?????????? with F - developing wings - have forced to reconsider a design). In result since G ?????????? ?????? a wing at the maximal deviation(rejection) ??????? also became LESS than on 190 (more all has changed on G-14 and K-4). So-called speed of a roll has increased almost twice. At speeds is higher 300 - about 3 seconds a revolution. And FURTHER it IS INCREASED. Efforts to the handle - it is valid more than at 190 - BUT NOT SO THAT IT TO MODEL AS FATAL DEFECT 109. We shall tell efforts to the handle at comparable speeds about same as well as ??-5. And when German pilots you ask, whether it was difficult to cope with 109 as write in books - they politely answer - that it not so. Some swear ????? in German thus. German tests in Augsburg also ??????????? all these calculations. Later I shall publish them. There the data till speed in a vertical dive 0,85M (is not similar that with 109 it was impossible to consult(cope) on such speeds, whether the truth? Pilots that did(made) it many times and DID NOT SPEAK THAT IT AWFULLY DIFFICULTLY.) The measurement technique given on published tablets NACA differs radically from our and German. They measure at constant force enclosed on the handle (~20 kg).... To which has not enough, that ???????? ?????? on the greater corner at the certain speed. Thus both the corner of a deviation(rejection) and force remains to a constant. Thus it is not underlined, that with the beginning of a roll (revolution) force of resistance of the handle falls also its(her) pilot ???????? (most likely Americans used a clip = constant mechanical for measurement of force at the initial moment) and speed of a roll is increased. All this be relative. Americans also receive result which we see, and it is not known at what height and from the tests which have been carried out(spent) different ?????????? in different time and in the different organizations.... But besides - THERE there ARE NO DATA FOR 109F, G, K.... By the way at designate... [Attention! The source text was truncated due to limitations of demo version.][/bold]

This is the translated version. I know some could get the translator to work.

The one thing I noticed here is that he said the 109 will NOT roll faster than the 190.  But this seems contradictory to his english answer, saying that the 190 rolling faster than the 109 was a common myth in the western world.
