Not really Zeros.  Modified T-6s as used in Tora Tora Tora, Midway etc so those F14s were flying with "zeros"  That was from "Final Countdown"

The clip has been taken from the film called "The Final Countdown" and it is a good film. The original story line is that the USS Nimitz, a nuclear aircraft carrier, is sent back in time by an electrical storm that places them between the Japanese Naval Force that is about to strike at Pearl Harbor on December 6, 1941 and Kirk Douglas realizes they might have a chance to undo history. In the film the Zeros are dispatched with great ease, and one of the pilots is captured and taken on board.  You can imagine how shocked the Japanese are to discover they are up against F-14 jet fighters and a nuclear carrier 40 years ahead of their time. Not much doubt they could have taken out the entire Japanese fleet... It is a bit dated now, but if you haven't seen it, it's well worth it.

It's part Top Gun F-14 getting shot down, and Tora Tora Tora!!, the Zeros landing and Yammamato's speach at the end.

The Zeros in The Final Countdown get blowed up.  One gets a sidewinder and the other gets the RV8 treatment.
