Google's OS is slated for release in 2010, 2009 at the earliest.  There will, in all probability, be many Alpha and Beta releases before then.

Its one they came out with last year ... From what i know its Googles mainframe OS thats server based at this time ..

Actually, Bill Gates has said the only company MS is concerned about is Google.  I suspect there will be a lot of backdoor issues foisted on Google to stave off the release.  Seems to have already started in some part.

There are a number of things going on.  My best analogy is this;  Why take a sledge hammer to knock down a house yourself, when you can release a steady stream of termites and sit back and watch it crumble.

I leave it to the reader to determine who is releasing the termites to cause which house to crumble.
