I agree that the Add Council commerical, "I am an American" is pretty lame.....other than that Chinese guy who mispronounces "American" as "America".  He deserves credit.  We all love him.

That, and that cowboy.  He better be American.  Nobody else would be wearing that big bellybutton hat.  Only an American can pull that off.

But the guys that look depressed and hesitate before letting out the "American" part make me want to listen to fingernails on chalkboards instead.  YOU HAVE TO PAUSE AND THINK ABOUT ANSWERING THAT!?!  Good God, man!

Hopefully this thing was some sort of subtle anti-racism add, because if it was a Pro-patriotism add, it sucks big donkey deek.

speaking about ignorant commericals, I think the ones put out by "Truth" take the cake.

are they going to follow up with ones slamming fast food and how they lead to heart attacks???

no one puts a gun to your head and makes you smoke or eat a Big Mac ..

i do like the new volkswagon comerciel,
the one where the guy calls his freind (who aperently is looking for a silver volkswagen) from the dealership and tells him they have 1 left and to hurry.
then the dealer brings someone out to test drive and this guy licks the doorhandle to 'save' the car.

btw, i prefer to spell that figureskating jump Sow-Cow always thought it funnier that way, i cant imagine any woman willing to preform anything called a sow-cow

There are still some funny ones out there.  The fox sports commercials showing bogus sports from different parts of the world are all pretty funny.  

The john west salmon commercial where the guy attacks the bear is one of the funniest commercials I have seen lately but its not shown in the US, you have to pull it off the web.  

There was another one I saw recently where these two guys are jogging, and one of them stops to use the bathroom.  He looks around the tree, and asks his buddy if he has anything to use for toilet paper.  His friend tells him to use a leaf.  He comes out a second later, just as 2 girls come running by, and tell them, "watch out for that poison ivy guys", pointing to the leaves he used. I cant remember what company it was, but it was a hilarious commercial.
