Ability to move file locations

E.g. move the skins folder to a ramdisk, whilst leaving the rest of the files where they are.

I'm really going to show my PC ignorance here, but is it possible to just have the whole game on a Flash Drive, for example?

They make some pretty darn big ones for fairly cheap these days...  Just picked up a 1gb for $30 after the $20 rebate from Radio Shack...  Dunno if they still have the sale going on though.

2 things against flash drives -

1) Whole game is over 1.5Gb (hi-rez textures)
2) They are too slow.

But there are a few devices (iRam for e.g.) that take standard memory installed on a PCI card and use it as a hard drive.
A nice use for your DDR memory once you move up to DDR2.

Or even the ability to copy the files to a ramdisk and load skins from there would be nice.
