Hey Ranger, I wanna know how you replace the music that plays randomly with another song? Does it need to be in a .wav file? or not? and what's it called?

It needs to be a PCM 22KHz 8-bit mono wav.  You can change the properties with Sound Recorder.  Name it Warning.

How did you get a song as a WAV file? I got an MP3 of the song I like, but I'm not sure why it wont open in the Sound Recorder.

I dropped it in Sony Vegas 8 and converted it.  Not sure, but you could probably do it with Windows Movie Maker.

If the Check6 sound you are referring to is that creepy music, then you are using version 1.  If so, download version 2.1 from my sig.  2.1 contains plane/GV sounds that weren't out yet when my version 1 was released.  Version 2.1 contains a variety of choices for certain sounds, such as check6.  The SDk, Wirbel, P39 pack is a separate expansion pack also located in my sig.  The only sounds not up to date are for the new T-34/85.  I'm waiting on the next plane vehicle release so I can combine them into another small expansion pack.  :salute

:lol Yeah that's the older version.  Try the newer one whenever you get time to download.  The one you have is out of date & missing the newer plane/GV sounds.

there are free programs that convert WMP files to WAV files
check out "major geeks.com" i think that is where i got my music converter.

sound recorder will only open WAV files.

I know "Audacity" can convert WAV to MP3, but I don't know if that helps.
It's free.

Does anyone know the order that guns fire? Example, are primary guns always 1,2 and secondary 3,4 (Example)? Does it matter or does the game simply play the first sound for the caliber of weapon firing? I have been trying to figure out which ones are what, especially with larger gun diversities like the Fw 190 A-8?  Also, I thought I remembered a list somewhere that told you what each sound is for, or am I mistaken?  Thanks.  :salute
