I'd have a better chance in running into a Dodo Bird in the middle of rush hour, walking down the I-5 with two hookers in tow before I see a useful post from glock89- Ack-Ack

Nope the letters are correct for that particular bird.  Don't change them.  It's different on the 87 IIC

Just a question on the resolution....

I assumed that your ingame res made the image blurry, but now i noticed that the line between red and white at the tail is sharp, but the white/blue edge is blurry, same for the horizontal stripes.

Also, the roundel on the wing... the blue looks spottet with black. is that pixelated dark blue or intentional?
21 is only half the truth.

You've got dithering on the black and the blue roundels. You might try using bright or using the "best" option for dithering. I think some of the shapes need to be "crisper" -- try setting to 1024 resolution and test offline to see if they are.

It should. You're setting it to 8-bit when you index the file?

yup, Thats when it gets dotted or dithering. Im not sure why that is happening, but i sure wish I cud fix it. Its annoying me, and I suppose that HTC wont accept it if its dithered.

i think mac, before you get your hoped up, it may not be accepted. in my opinion, it needs to be less 'black', so that you can actually see the colour and the details, and it needs to be more textured, it shouldn't all be a block colour. another thing to work on is improving the panel lines and rivets.

all this is coming from me though, i tried my hand at skinning and failed badly the first time, and gave up the second time round, so don't take my words too seriously :)
