Well, for Christmas my wife got me "Fei Hu" (Gotta Love a woman that buys you WWII Aircraft Videos.)
This particular video is available from Amazon dot com, and features some actual 8MM Camera footage filmed (Mostly by Ed Rector and R.T. Smith I think.) of the AVG Personell in Burma and China during the first part of 1941. There are interviews with some of the surviving Tigers and ground crew personell, a Japanese Bomber pilot who flew in China, and was Shot up Good by the P-40B's (C's) of the AVG. Jane "Red" Foster (Petach) who married John Petach, one of the Tigers who volunteered to stay the "Two Weeks" of Transition while the Army took over. John was killed on the first mission that the Disbanded AVG members flew with the Army Pilots, leaving Jane a Pregnant Widow, trapped in China, and the Army in a Pissing Contest trying to keep the former AVG'rs from going home.
There is also some Gun Camera footage, that must come from the Flying Tigers, and I was very excited to see what must be a RZNAF Brewster Buffalo suddenly fly into view between an AVG P-40 shooting at a I-94 (Nell?) They did use some footage from the John Wayne movie, but there are instances where I could see the Chinese Roundels on a P-40 in Flight.
Also good footage of the Japanes Bombing China and Rangoon, that could only have been filmed by the Bomber crews.
I give this one 5 stars for all AVG enthusiast.
Probably 3 Stars for WWII Aircraft enthusiast.
