Ironic
Fistful of Aces

I had a psychic girlfriend once, but she left me before we met

When I got home last night, my wife demanded that I take her someplace expensive....  so, I took her to a gas station

Ok, an astronaut signing autographs?

I give up? :huh

Although I do like the Shenlong avatar... :aok
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

Double the number of engines, a lower grade fuel, lots of speed, payload and size?

I ran out of fingers on one hand and can't count any higher.  How's my guessin'

This thread was only to point out how far they came in 17 years. The first B-17's rolled out in July of 1935 and the last was delivered in May of 1945 over 8680 were built. Seven years after the last B-17 rolled out the First B-52 took flight in April 1952 and the last one delivered was in Oct 1962. a total of 744 B-52's were built.

Not as much of a size difference as I'd have thought.

I've seen pictures of B-29s next to B-36s and the B-29s are dwarfed.
