Im really new to this but when i enter the server list... it says the training field has 8 players but when i go in and check there is none... how come?

Player count is not updated every second. There may have been 8 players short time ago, but may have already logged off the moment you enter the arena.
(Also you may have dbl clicked on the wrong arena to enter, such things happen sometimes )

Also, you need to give the roster a little time to fill. When you get connected, your comp cant see everyone thats online immediatly. Depending on your system specs and connect, it might take a few seconds to register.

Same and even more noticable in the Main Arena. If theres up to 500 people online, i usually give the game a min or two to settle down (untill then, youll see the dar bars on the map change quickly and randomly.).
