where is it now? and are there any?
for the same matter Jane's WW II Fighters?

I have never played them online... as much as I thought that Microsoftt's CFS II sucks i got to admit that online its somewhat nice... so I really like to play and get a little feel of Janes products online...

Any help where I should look?

Jane's is notorious for crappy multiplayer, but great single player games.

Longbow 2 was the last "passable" multiplayer playable game they released. Jane's F-15 was a joke. WWII Fighters just plain SUCKS online. I dont expect USAF or that fleet command game of theirs to be any different, they got a track record of making lousy mp.

Go waste your time at Jane's website then.

They have servers there that you connect to, which are free, and again, is silly.

they dont have that free web sites anymore... they dont have any in fact.... that was the reason that I asked for help to find such things..... No luck i guess..

The Jane's multiplayer stuff was pretty lame. I own F-15 and USAF and I did play several games online with USAF. One guy, whose name eludes me, hosted a few cool Vietnam scenarios where we'd go in with Phantoms and bomb the heck out of something. But, the whole Janes multiplayer was slow and clunky, even on my P3.

NovaLogic had some good online games, I really had fun with F22 Raptor, but being a free server, you really got some jerks in there. I can't tell you how many times Id see a guy takeoff, fire all missiles, auger in, and then repeat the process. Annoying. Lots of these guys couldnt even land the airplane. No skill

Hey I've still got my USAF CD, and I love the Phantom, if you wanna play, say so! hehe

I tried it and it didnt work for me...

Anyway there are some ppl playing it, however surprisingly I had some hard time getting through to them... somethink like I will only listen to myself, hehe......

Anyway, thx Paul for the offer, I will mail ya when I am ready and mastered the skill of take-off
