I agree.

As for my post containing the link. it was in no way intended as being disrespectful. As I am sure the queery of DMFs to who;s post I was responding to was in no way intedned to be disrespectful.

On behalf of both of us. As I am pretty sure she would feel the same way
I apologise if they were indeed taken in that vain

oh man, sorry to hear that man!! ..... this all happened because of a DUI?? there has to be more to the story... DUI isnt a career killer unless you are an officer and even then it doesnt necessarily kill the career...  there had to be something else eating away at this guy... again, sorry to hear about your loss..

The DUI may have been the last straw for him...he did have a bunch of other stuff going on.

truly sorry to hear....

a friend of mine in the navy a few years back (like 1994 or so) has 3 suicides on thier trip or whatever it is called. 6 months @ sea on an aircraft carrier. 2 of the guys he knew kind of well. it sounds like a very mentally stressful thing to do.

Most people who truly want to die by their hand, find a way to do it. Its the ones who know they need help and give clues, that you can hopefully catch on to in time.
