Just finished my first "movie"
« on: August 26, 2006, 05:26:07 PM »

Combined RL footage, AH films, and some filler from Pacific Fighters to make one 4 minute long bit of dreck.

If you see tracers, its footage of me. If you don't, its Dan/Guppy35/CorkyJr.

Please be gentle, my ego is a small and fragile thing :cry

Shifty.

A few of us were going to hang on no matter what, but it wasn't our baby, thus not our choice.

But White13 is right . . . we had our problems getting more than a couple on at the same time.  Then lately it was hard finding any targets, let alone each other in the AvA.  Still, fun folks to have flown with, and I would gladly do it again.

Good luck in your current endeavors to White13, Platan0, Husk, 0nt0smk1, Croduh, Pooface/Biggles and anyone I have forgotten . . .

White13, great film.  Was that film taken from the AvA this past week?  Due to RL stuff, I missed yet another entire week in the AvA. :(

Good to hear LTarget!!

I'd still wish all you guys would get together and fly in special events. AVA may pick up again soon as well. The recipe there needs a little re-stir. The AVA staff is dedicated. They'll ressurect it again. Besides, winters coming all those Finns will be stuck indoors flying soon.:aok

The Ki67 run and one of the N1K kills (the one that starts on fire, loses the left wing and then kersplodes) are from last night in the AvA, the rest are compiled from the last two tours in the MA.

I usually forget to turn on the guncam, but it gets kinda old seeing 10,000 N1Ks get hosed anyway. Very few Zekes, surprisingly few Franks and no Tonys at all in the last couple of months. And the one fight against a Ki67 in the past 3 months, I forgot to film. Oh well.

If anyone has any good footage of P-38s pwnin Axis rides I'm always looking for more to add to future projects. Contributors will be credited. :)

I'm working on a 109 film using some footatg from G7V, keep an eye out for it in a few weeks. Also working on a Japanese one using footage from the tour they ran with the Slot and Okinawa maps.

A lot of very long films to sort through...
