A proof that HTC pays attention to our little wishes (Hitech replies on foot soldier!

I was just posting my wish of seeing player controllable foot soldier in Aces High, not believing it could really happen (just wishing), and I was surprised to see a reply from the Hitech himself. gg

And it was fantastic to learn that it was on his wish list. What it means is that unlike us, he has the power to make his wish come true, so here's keeping the fingers crossed that he will mobilize himself for this, maybe in not too distant future?

(I know a lot of you guys are worried that the game you love might be ruined but I don't see that happening. Aces High already has a rock solid foundation in game play, and in my humble opinion, the troops can be made available without changing whole lot of dynamics in game play. But, right now, I guess it's just dreaming. Happy dreams.)

He does post relatively frequently Esohn, do a search on his user id in wishlist.. You'll see lots of replies from him.  He just doesn't reply to EVERY idea.

His post definitely said that what you are asking for is a lot of work.  I get the impression its a little bit over the rainbow for the time being.

But I'm glad that you did get to see (apparently in your first month of AH) that there is no dev team in the industry that is more connected with its users than HTC.  They read these boards daily.
