never thought about it much , but it is probably more a "peer group" and relative thing than anything else. To the AW guys the vets are the ones they learnt the game with and had fun with , to me it's the ones I remember from my first year in WB it when it was all fun and exciting , and to you it's probably the guys you first flew with and against in AvA and CT.

So everyone has their own "vets"

So probably a noob is anyone with less time in game than yourself , and Vet is anyone with the same or more time than yourself   ;)

But probably , also to me vets  are the ones that have done all the peripheral crap and the self-preservation and running away stuff  and have come to realise the fun is in a good fight (win lose or draw). Some people discover that in a year , some take longer , some never do. Again that's a relative thing to me and my view on things.

I was in FT lastnite also and as you I had a good time.

I'm refering to the Ch200 kings that think you need to fly as they do or do as they do....

This game has something for everyone in it, so enjoy what you like...

ummm possibly all of the above and the instinctive ability to call chk 6 when a team mate is in peril and not just hope you can pick the bandit before he picks the team mate..........
