I see, Redd. the first hits were for free. well fortunately for me I saw "reefer madness" and was therefore aware of the dangers of such vises. er... waitaminnit. well back to topic at hand. Redd since you are a capable and proficient player what is your definition of a "vet", I'd be curious to know. I would also like morpheus' view on this topic as well if one of you guys would be so kind as to ask him for me.
never thought about it much , but it is probably more a "peer group" and relative thing than anything else. To the AW guys the vets are the ones they learnt the game with and had fun with , to me it's the ones I remember from my first year in WB it when it was all fun and exciting , and to you it's probably the guys you first flew with and against in AvA and CT.
So everyone has their own "vets"
So probably a noob is anyone with less time in game than yourself , and Vet is anyone with the same or more time than yourself

But probably , also to me vets are the ones that have done all the peripheral crap and the self-preservation and running away stuff and have come to realise the fun is in a good fight (win lose or draw). Some people discover that in a year , some take longer , some never do. Again that's a relative thing to me and my view on things.
